Using this site

This website describes the water, fire, smoke and mold restoration work Accurate WFR does in New York City and nearby counties. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

The articles and service pages give general information about restoration work and New York conditions. They are not professional advice for your particular building, and they do not replace an inspection with moisture readings on site. Where a cost range appears, it is a planning range from the source named next to it, not a quote. Your job is priced after we see it.

Calling us and telephone consent

When you call the number on this site, you agree that we may use your phone number to respond to your call, call or text you back about your job, and coordinate arrival times. We will not use it for unrelated marketing. Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, and you will be told at the start of a recorded call.

Call forwarding and transfers

Our own crews handle the jobs we take. If every crew is already committed, for example late at night or during a citywide storm, your call may be forwarded or transferred to another trusted restoration company nearby so you are not left waiting. That company is an independent business. Its availability, pricing and terms can differ from ours, and it is responsible for any work it agrees to do. Please ask whoever arrives about pricing and timing before any work starts.

Estimates and agreements

Any work we do is governed by the written authorization or agreement you sign for that job, not by this website. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of a price, a date or an outcome.

Insurance

We document losses and work with insurers and adjusters at your request, but coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy. We are not a public adjuster and do not negotiate settlements on your behalf.

Links to other sites

This site links to public sources such as city agencies and news reports. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Accurate WFR is not liable for any loss arising from use of the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
