What this site collects
This site has no forms, accounts or checkout. You do not need to give us any personal information to read it.
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Maps on this site load only when you choose to open them, and at that point Google receives the request under its own privacy terms.
When you call us
When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your property and the damage. We use it to respond to your call, send a crew, document the job and, if you ask, work with your insurer.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows; if a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of it.
When a call is forwarded
If every one of our crews is already committed, your call may be forwarded to another trusted restoration company nearby so you are not left waiting. In that case, the company that takes the call receives your phone number and what you tell them, and their own privacy practices apply to anything they collect.
Job records
On a job, we keep photos, moisture readings, scopes of work and correspondence. We share them with you, and with your insurer, adjuster, managing agent or board only as needed for the job or as you direct. We keep job records for as long as they are needed for the claim, warranty questions and our legal obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising on other websites.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you from a call or a job, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Call (332) 220-0870 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
